Great place to Stay. Staff are very friendly. I would like to thank the house keeper AGAIN for helping me with my bags .I didn't wanted to use the cart because I didn't have enough bags for a cart but she saved me from making an extra trip to the car. Great place to Stay. Will stayed again. 5☆

The first things I noticed when I came in the front door , was the wonderful smell of Clean.
Outside door that's only suppose to be accessible by guest with their room key would not lock so anyone could come in. Rooms need an upgrade.
I wasn't going to put a review up for this place, But what type of customer would I be if I didn't. The housekeepers and receptionists had good hospitality. However when we checked in Tuesday evening and went to sleep, I woke up at 3:00 a.m. with 3 bite marks from bed bugs. After killing one I brought it down to the receptionist and she changed my room from downstairs to upstairs. However the next morning at 2:00 a.m. I woke up in the new room with bed bugs again. That time i killed 2 bed bugs. I was going to stay another day, but because of my bad experience with the bed bugs i chose to leave early the same day. For the price that they charge of more than $80 with additional charges for weekend stays, Quality Inn should not have any bed bug problems. My advise to them is to get regular exterminator to check and spray for bed bugs. Also, for people considering staying at quality inn in Mullins/Marian, you may want to reconsider. Just as bad is that they didn't offer a discount for my bad experience.
