It's what you'd expect from a Walmart hair salon. The last time I went in, before I had my baby three and a half months ago, there were three stylists and no other customers, but one of the stylists never even acknowledged me, and it took about ten minutes to be assisted after I looked through some really old magazines for ideas. No one offered a consultation, no suggestions, really no comments on how they thought the style I eventually selected would suit me or my face. And despite my saying to leave my bangs as long as they were (virtually the same length as the rest of my hair, and had been for more than a decade), she cut my bangs, which still don't lay flat or tuck into a ponytail.
A dog groomer would be better. Can't cut hair. Rude people and very unprofessional.

If I were just going for a trim it might be OK, but I don't recommend them for styles or changes to a cut. Now, if you're black, you might get better service, as most of the stylists are black. Just like white stylists don't really do well or know how to cut black hair so well, black stylists don't necessarily know how to handle white hair so well.
