awesome folks here... other dentists could learn from these guys that you do not have to rob people to get ahead in life...xrayed, gased and pulled my tooth for 90 bucks...
I had the worst experience at his office yesterday. I called Tuesday and asked if I could make an appointment, the lady said that I could just walk in. That's what I did, I arrived @ 9:30. Finally @ 12:15 I got called in the back. Meanwhile about 15 people had come and gone. Come to find out "emergencies" are only walk ins. Around 12:30 they called me for the billing portion. I was under the impression that I could go as a "walk in" and pay a small amount, then get billed for the remainder. Not so much! Here's the convo with the "billing lady"
Lady (idk what her real title is): "That can get you a X-ray"
Very nice staff they made me feel so comfortable
Me: "This is the amount I can pay today"
Lady: "Yes; if you would've told us that you didn't have the money to pay, we would've told you that we can't serve you."
It's all about how you talk to people. Why did they make me wait 3 hours (with them having lunch, with gathered convo & laughing)? I was also told that their hours were 8-1 on Fridays (when I called to try to make an appointment Tuesday). I also find out that's not true, 1 is the latest they take walk ins. Needless to say, I won't be going there anymore. Not will I be recommending anyone to them. I never saw the dentist, everyone working in there was rude. There was one assistant that actually went out of her way to speak to me and actually smiled. The others spoke to you as little as possible, but had deep convos with each other. So, I have no idea how Dr. Builder really is. I do know that he needs to hire some more friendly people, if he doesn't want to be out of business soon.
Very slow service been here since 12 pm and still waiting to be taken care of! I will never return all the staff wants to do is sit around and talk to each other
He was friendly and it was pain -free.I've bought several friends to him and they loved him.One friend had a wisedom tooth pulled and didnt even realize he had pulled it.I'm here now with my mother,she has her tooth cleaned without any numbing,yes he's good.The only dentist my 17 year old son will let touch him.And that's my opinion.
Me: "So you're telling me that you made me wait for 3 hours, then tell me this"
Me: "Well, shred my chart and don't expect me to come back!"
